Earl B. Lehman Partnership purchased a 31,000-square-foot automobile dealership on 3.74 acres at 6305 Carlisle Pike from Team Rahal of Mechanicsburg Inc. It then leased the property to Ray Bromley for an Infiniti of Mechanicsburg dealership. RSR Realtors of Lemoyne handled the transactions.
Aly Aly leased 1,800 square feet of space for a retail and wholesale international grocery store at 400 S. Cameron St. in Harrisburg from Brittany Capital Group LLC. High Associates represented the tenant; Landmark Oncor International represented the landlord.
A&M Hardware Inc. purchased 14,400 square feet of industrial space at 2705 Mount Joy Road in Rapho Township from J&J Real Estate. NAI Commercial Partners Inc. of East Hempfield Township represented the buyer; Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams Inc. of York represented the seller.
Hummelstown-based Drayer Physical Therapy Institute opened outpatient physical therapy centers at 8537 Asheville Highway in Strawberry Plains, Tenn.; at 112 Bradford Blvd. in Gordonsville, Tenn.; and at 5017 Cemetery Road in Hilliard, Ohio.
M&S Landscape Supplies LLC purchased a property at 531 York Road in South Middleton Township. Help-U-Sell Detwiler Realty of South Middleton Township represented both parties.
Brian and Tina Faleshock purchased a 1,500-square-foot commercial building at 4500 Derry St. in Swatara Township from the estate of Shirley J. Fisher for their National Adjustment Bureau office. Landmark Oncor International represented the seller.
Savco LLCpurchased a warehouse on Eighth Street in Lemoyne from Ray and Deber� Jacobs that will be used by electrical contractor Cheran Inc. High Associates Ltd. of Lower Allen Township represented both parties.
Tina Slack leased office and storage space at 910-912 Kranzel Drive in Lower Allen Township for her Internet-based window and hardware company, Shed Windows and More. Landmark Oncor International represented both parties.
Strip-it-Clean LLC, which provides burn-off and media blasting for paint fixtures, racks, hooks and metal parts, opened at 4OB Leigh Drive in Manchester Township. Rock Commercial Real Estate LLC of York represented the tenant.
Pyramid Construction Services Inc. of Wormleysburg signed contracts for the fit-out of a Holy Spirit wound healing and hyperbaric suite at 4033 Linglestown Road in Lower Paxton Township.; to remodel a former jewelry store building at 4636 Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township into a Meadows Original Frozen Custard store that is schedule to open this spring; and build the "Move It" exhibit at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts in Harrisburg.
Compass Group USA renegotiated and extended its lease for 17,280 square feet in the Greenfield Corporate Center at 1828 William Penn Way in East Lampeter Township from High Associates Ltd. Landmark Oncor International represented the tenant; East Lampeter Township-based High represented itself.
Bayada Nurses leased 1,541 square feet of office space in Olde Liberty Square at 4807 Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township from OLS Partners LP. Landmark Oncor International represented the landlord.
The federal government leased 1,337 square feet of office space in Commerce Towers at 300 N. Second St. in Harrisburg from Second & Pine Investments LLC. Landmark Oncor International represented both parties.
Harrisburg Television Inc., which operates WHTM abc27, leased 4,417 square feet of space at 3401 N. Front St. in Susquehanna Township from River Oaks Associates. Landmark Commercial Realty represented the tenant; NAI CIR represented the owner.
